Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MoveFleet, a marketplace connecting customers, independent moving companies and crews, and national logistics carriers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use MoveFleet. Company, Van Lines, and U-Haul employee accounts require administrator approval before access is granted. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Marketplace Role

MoveFleet facilitates connections between customers and service providers but is not itself a moving company or employer. Jobs, bids, pricing, and performance are agreed between the parties. Companies are responsible for their employees, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable labor and transportation laws.

Subscriptions

The Top Earners subscription offers Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers with marketplace features such as priority bidding, analytics, and truck leasing. Where required, in-app subscriptions are billed through the platform's supported billing system. Plan pricing, features, and availability may change with notice. You may cancel at any time; fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Payments

Payments for moving services are arranged between customers and providers. Where MoveFleet processes payments, they are handled by third-party processors under their own terms. You agree to the terms of those processors when using them.

Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate information for your account, company, and applications.
• Upload only documents you have the right to submit, and obtain consent before uploading another person's ID, license, or drug screen.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory activity.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or misuse the AI assistant.

Intellectual Property

MoveFleet and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the documents and content you submit and grant us a license to use them solely to operate the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a job will be accepted, completed, or paid. We are not a party to agreements between customers and providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveFleet and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any job, bid, or transaction arranged through it.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service or other users.
